Experience:

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• Diploma in Engineering in Architecture
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop

• 4–5 years of professional experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

• Strong creativity and attention to detail

• Ability to conduct client meetings & online marketing

• Skills in BOQ preparation, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of AI-Vo3 & video editing will be an advantage

Location: House #6C, Road #7/B, Sector #9, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop building, animation video making, interior, and exterior design concepts.

• Prepare 2D & 3D drawings and presentations.

• Create design concepts based on client requirements.

• Conduct site visits and provide supervision.

• Handle project drafting, documentation and final submissions.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Part Time) & 10:00AM - 6:00PM (Full Time)

• Salary: Negotiable
