• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Strong design sense and 3D perception

• Sound knowledge of detailing various design elements

• Proficiency in presentations, graphical designs, and BOQs

• Project management and coordination skillsAbility to collaborate and work well in a team

• Must be a creative and innovative Individual.

• Prepare & develop the design, drawing, drafting, for architectural & Interior Design Works.

• Should be skilled and have strong knowledge of using Auto Cad, SketchUp up, D5 Render, Lumion, V-Ray Render, Illustrator, Photoshop, ArchiCAD/Revit, etc. for creating various designs, drawings, 2D & 3D models.

• Responsible for supervising assigned projects to ensure the highest standard and quality.

• Meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, and achieve client satisfaction is a must.

• Visit construction sites on a regular basis as per requirement, and coordinate with other stakeholders to execute the project works.
