• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Diploma in Architecture with At least 5 years’ Experience can also apply

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architectural Firm, Interior Design

• Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Lumion, V-ray Render, Animation, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software).

• Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models.

• High Level knowledge of lighting, shadows and textures.

• Ensure deliverable progress, manage assigned scope and requested changes and meet deadlines.

• Design 3D models, Exterior/Interior and create animations.

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.

• Product Modeling, Texturing and Rendering.

• Create innovative Design, Social Media Animated Banner, and Logo Animation in After Effects.

• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.

• The visualizer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.

• Any Other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
