Educational Requirements:
∎ Fresh graduate on Merchandising/Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing/ Fashion Designing or doing last semester.
∎ Bangladesh university of Textile, BGMEA University of Fashion technology ,Shanto-Mariam university of creative technology graduate are preferred .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Merchandising Department:
∎ Sample follow up with the Factory
∎ Sample parcel sent to UK.
∎ Assist to Merchandiser to organize the weekly Progress meeting.
∎ Get the sample update from the factory & update to Merchandiser.
∎ Send the weekly progress to the factory & get the update weekly basis.
∎ Design Pack signed from the Garments Tech/Fabric Tech/Product Manager.
∎ PO Create.
∎ Get the daily production reports from the factory
∎ Trim Card collect from the factory.
∎ Fabric Technical Department:
∎ Learn different kind of fabric
∎ Understand a different kind of testing parameter
∎ Learn about quality parameter
∎ Understand washing technique, washing quality, washing parameter etc.
∎ Garment Technical Department:
∎ Learn how to measure garments and assist garment technologists to measure.
∎ Learn and assist Garment Technologist to update the workbook
∎ Learn dummy fitting
∎ Check the quality

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Efficient in computer operation on Microsoft Office applications
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills
∎ Great team player
∎ Fluency in English as well as local language.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ We offer great working environment, on job learning facility, monthly fixed allowance, 5 days working in a week (Monday to Friday)
