Educational Requirements:
∎ Having O/A Level English Medium / Version academic background and or having language course like TOEFL or IELTS
∎ Skills Required: Customer Support, ERP Implementation, Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Process Automation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Project Management, Project Manager (Software), Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of a proprietary software application of COBAIT Bangladesh Ltd. at customer site including setup, configuration, initial lookup data preparation etc.
∎ Provide training and guide to end users in using the application.
∎ Guide users in configuring necessary workflows, business process automation etc.
∎ Provide first level support to end users in resolving issues raised by them. Escalate critical issues to second level support team.
∎ Work closely with the team in abroad and Dhaka to ensure all the issues are being addressed and in a timely manner.
∎ Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
∎ Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
