Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree from recognized Medical College.
∎ BMDC Registration certificate.
∎ Diploma in Anesthesiology
∎ Diploma in USG preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer anesthesia to patients before procedures in Ukhiya health facility
∎ Evaluating patients’ vital signs, medical histories, allergies, current medication use, and other risk factors
∎ Working with a medical team to design a patient’s treatment plan
∎ Monitoring vital signs of the patient during surgery and adjusting anesthetics as needed
∎ Maintaining detailed notes on patient treatment, dosing and vital signs
∎ Continuing care after surgery to control the level of pain relief and consciousness
∎ Communicating continuing care instructions to specialists and nurses
∎ Liaising with other doctors, healthcare professionals and management staffs regularly.
∎ Responsible to lead a medical team in any emergency
∎ Responsible to establish an effective communication, cooperation and collaboration with outreach component (satellite clinics, medical assistants, nurse, midwives)
∎ Highly responsible for teambuilding & nurturing the team effort.
∎ As a part of the team, work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high quality support to the projects and excellence within the organization.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Relevant experience (Specially NGO and Clinic management and operation is encouraged)
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Excellent in English language skills.
∎ Highly committed & motivated to work in remote places.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
