Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Head Office, 43 Eskaton Garden Road, Ramna, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time (Work at Office)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building and maintaining Android applications in an agile environment .
∎ Writing clean and testable code.
∎ Writing unit test
∎ Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
∎ Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in Android development.
∎ Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and enhance team knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-4 years of experience in Android Application development using Java/Kotlin .
∎ Experience working with asynchronous data communication using Rest and JSON
∎ Proficiency in version control with git is a must.
∎ Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
∎ Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
∎ Familiar with Graphql and NoSQL and firebase
∎ Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
∎ Working experience of socket programming etc
∎ Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
∎ Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
∎ Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
∎ Solid understanding of Android architecture components like Livedata, ViewModel, Databinding etc.
∎ Building reusable and adaptable UI components using Google Material design guidelines.
∎ Local database management using SQLite, RoomDB for offline support.
∎ Writing clean and highly efficient code using Clean architecture and design patterns like MVVM, MVP.
∎ Nice to have:
∎ Experience with working for IoT/IIOT based application is a plus point.
∎ Experience with cross platform technologies (flutter/ react-native) is also a plus point.
∎ Experience with outside data sources, third party APIs and libraries like Glide, Picasso, Retrofit. JSON parsing libraries like Gson, Moshi etc.
∎ Familiarity with testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Espresso.
