Job Context:
∎ Centre for Injury Prevention and Research, Bangladesh (CIPRB) is one of the leading organizations dedicated to public health research in Bangladesh. The centre is now looking for qualified persons to fulfill the following vacant post immediately to work in Injury, disaster and drowning prevention programme.
∎ Job location: Barishal Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly Work Plan: Prepare and submit effective monthly work plan to Anchal Monitoring Officer and Area Coordinator in the last week of each month
∎ Logistics Support: Help in assessing the logistics needs of the Anchal Centres in the respective areas
∎ Training: provide support in organizing Anchal various basic, refresher and staff development training according to project needs
∎ Monitoring and Supervision: 30-40 Anchal activities through regular field visit (2 visit per day basis and 1 day desk work weekly) for supervision and monitoring purpose. Supervisor will observe hardware part of each Anchal; the general cleanliness, safety and attendance of the children, management activities of Anchal Ma and conditions of Anchal physical surroundings. Make random Anchal children's home visit and awareness raising about Anchal (Day Care Centre)
∎ Data Entry on REDCap: Collect all Anchal related monthly report and entry the data in REDCap regularly. He/she will collect information and submit field visits monitoring report to REDCap regularly and daily share the Anchal visit report to Anchal Monitoring officers
∎ Replacement of Dropout: Assess daily activities of Anchal Maas and Anchal centers and report to AMO daily basis. Take proper and timely initiative for replacing drop out Anchal, Ancha Maa and Assistants
∎ Communication: Keep regular communication with Parents, VIPC, UIPC members and other stakeholders
∎ Organize Meetings & Events: Attend in weekly meetings with Area Coordinator and AMO for updating ongoing activities. Participate and work as a facilitator in various meetings at project field sites such as Cluster, Parents, VIPC, UIPC, Courtyard meeting, Social Autopsy, IPT, Video Show etc. as per project rules and regulations
∎ First Responder Event Capture: Collect First Responder Event Capture report from the project field volunteers and VIPC/UIPC members
∎ Documentation: Write up field visit findings in the Sharing Register Book on a daily basis and discuss with AMO in daily sharing meetings. Maintain and update all reports and documentations of Anchal Day Care Centres. Collect case stories from project fields and submit to AMO timely.
∎ And Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years experiences in project supervision with a good exposure to work at the community level. Candidates having knowledge and experience to work in public health, community based intervention, education, disaster, injury and drowning prevention fields will be an advantage.
∎ Excellent knowledge in project cycle management and field works
∎ Strong network and interpersonal skill
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver results
∎ Skill in report writing and knowledge in developing field level strategies/plan
∎ Knowledge in program implementation, management, monitoring and supervision
∎ Capacity to coordinate Anchal Maa & Anchal Assistant for superlative data and update reporting of the program
∎ Knowledge of Basic Computer Applications.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated monthly salary is Tk. 24,273 (including taxes).

∎ As per policy of the organization and are excluded from the remuneration.
