Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ODIN is an outsourcing company seeking highly motivated individuals for back-office support roles for our offshore clients. We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to focus on thorough review and abstraction of lease documents, often spanning 50-70 pages at a stretch and the required training will be provided. This role requires rigorous attention to detail and unwavering concentration, as the work can be highly monotonous and repetitive.

∎ Responsibilities: - Review and abstract key information from commercial lease documents.- Ensure accuracy and completeness of abstracted data.- Identify and summarize critical lease clauses, terms, and conditions.- Maintain organized records and databases of lease abstracts.- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of abstracts.

∎ Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. - Ability to read and interpret complex lease documents accurately. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
