• Excellent command of English in speaking, writing, and reading is necessary.

• Analysts will be expected to work heavily with numbers in MS Excel and will be taught to be Advanced Excel users.

• They will also be expected to constantly learn and to develop their technical and communication skills.

• Applicants will be assessed based on their motivation, English language proficiency, attention to detail, common sense, and communication.

• After completing a 3-month probation period, applicant will be required to sign a 2 year contract.

• *Saturday and Sunday weekend

Context: ODIN is an outsourcing company looking for driven individuals to fill back-office support positions for our offshore clients. We are searching for meticulous, detail-oriented candidates to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in reviewing and abstracting key information from numerous documents and financial data analysis. This role demands exceptional focus and precision, as it involves tasks that are both repetitive and require consistent attention to detail. 

Responsibilities:

• Analysts should be motivated to constantly learn, to make progress, and to improve their skills, abilities, and decision-making. They will be expected to work long hours.

• Analysts will be working with ODIN`s offshore-clients and need to be diligent team players with good communication skills and with excellent reading and writing ability in English.

• Responsibilities include report-writing, lease proofing and abstracting, quality checking, property underwriting and work with detailed financials, etc. Excellent command of English in speaking, writing, & reading is necessary.

• Analysts will be expected to work heavily with numbers in MS Excel and will be taught to be an Advanced Excel user. They will also be expected to constantly learn, and to develop their technical & communication skills.

• Applicants will be assessed based on their motivation, English language proficiency, attention to detail, common sense, and communication.

• Analyst will be responsible for extracting critical data from documents, that are often between 150 to 200 pages in length.
