Job Context:
∎ A Progressive Company in Bangladesh deals with imported Power Tools item (especially Drill Machine, Rotary Hammer, Angle Grinder, Cut-Off Saw, Circular Saw, Plunger Router, Power Planner, Hot Air Gun, Dust Blower, and Electric/Gasoline Chain Saw)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan-1)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having knowledge in Power Tools.
∎ To make sales Budget
∎ Analyze sales data, make documentation and finally presentation.
∎ Set business plans, marketing strategies and implement tactical action to achieve organization objectives.
∎ Searching Potential market for business expansion.
∎ Close Follow Up and Monitoring of each activity and marketing actions.
∎ Collect, analyze and report market statistics to help understand current market conditions, changes, threats and opportunities.
∎ To set, guide, monitor & report on team goals.
∎ Conduct market survey program & making marketing strategy, competitor analysis etc. for market development.
∎ Conduct Market research & develop Marketing plan.
∎ Assisting in the sales process through data analysis
∎ Developing methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data;
∎ Preparing and submitting reports based on the collected data and their conclusions to Sales Managers, Directors, or the organization's GM.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales reviews.
∎ Suggesting adjustments and revisions to current sales techniques and promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability based on market research and new trends;
∎ Acting as a consultant for the company's marketing strategies, assisting in the design of promotional material when required;
∎ assisting in implementing budget and marketing changes, as well as following up in order to evaluate the results;
∎ Providing customized reports and recommendations supporting ongoing business decisions or initiatives.
∎ Preparing and leading informational meetings for staff in order to explain sales trends and new marketing strategies.
∎ Collects data from sales reports for analysis.
∎ Conducts research into competitive companies and the surrounding market.
∎ Advises on the hiring and/or termination of personnel as needed.
∎ Attends and participates in sales strategy meetings.
∎ Document creative briefs and coordinate with other teams and departments.
∎ Generate ideas and visual concept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience at the same position

∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
