• Good communication skills for effective liaison and teamwork;

• Commercial acumen and an awareness of the business value of work undertaken;

• Aptitude for mathematics and statistics, and highly developed IT and technical skills;

Responsible for the execution of all required tests to assure the quality of Banchem’s manufactured products, raw materials, dyes and chemicals.

• Comply with the Gildan Quality System for Banchem, pertinent to the function. Quality System: Documents, work methods, internal and external customer expectations for the process, product or service.

• Execute assured compliance of all Environment, Health and Safety dispositions.

• Execute tests to the products manufactured by Banchem, raw materials requested by Banchem’s manufacturing unit, and all dyes and chemical products required by all the developed Tech pack formulations.

• Follows and interprets international and internal standard test method for each test request.

• Ensure proper use of all required resources for the operation of the laboratory.

• Proficient in the use of standard test methods, software and other tools to perform tests required for the laboratory operations.

• Records data for the generation & reviewing of certificates of analysis (COA).Quality Assurance Specification (QAS) for each evaluated product.

• Records the activities realized in every evaluation in order to have traceability of laboratory measurements.

• Executes all tests impartially, ensuring lab activities are adequate according to environmental conditions for laboratory operations to prevent or minimize any negative effect in the validity of the results.

• Performs laboratory inventory activities and calibrations of all equipment, accessories and consumables.

• Follow & Support reporting supervisor assign all the activities.
