Responsibilities & Context:
∎ নতুন এলাকা ও সদস্য জরিপ, সদস্য ভর্তি, সমিতি গঠন ও পরিচালনা করা ।
∎ সদস্যদের নিকট থেকে সঞ্চয় ও ‍ঋণের কিস্তি আদায় ।
∎ ঋণ প্রস্তাব গ্রহণ ও ঋণ ফাইল প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ বাৎসরিক লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অনুযায়ী অর্জন নিশ্চিত করা ।
∎ দৈনিক ন্যূনতম ৩-৪টি দল/সমিতি অথবা ৭০-৯০ জন সদস্য পরিচালনা করা ।
∎ সাপ্তাহিক প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুতকরণ এবং শাখা ব্যবস্থাপকের নিকট জমাদান করা।
∎ সংস্থার নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সঞ্চয় ও ঋণ কর্মসূচি মাঠে বাস্তবায়ন করা।
∎ বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা ‘অ্যামিড এইড ফাউন্ডেশন ’, মাইক্রোক্রেডিট রেগুলেটরী অথরিটি (এমআরএ) কর্তৃক সনদ প্রাপ্ত, সাময়িক সনদ নং (202101847)। নিজস্ব অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত সংস্থার ঋণ কর্মসূচিতে উল্লিখিত পদে জরুরি ভিত্তিতে লোক নিয়োগ করার লক্ষ্যে আবেদন পত্র আহবান করা হচ্ছে।
∎ চাকুরির দায়িত্বসমূহ:

∎ শিক্ষানবিশকাল (৬ মাস)। শিক্ষানবিশকালীন ফ্রেশারদের ক্ষেত্রে মোট ১৫,০০০/- টাকা বেতন প্রদান করা হবে। চাকুরী স্থায়ীকরণের পর সর্বসাকুল্যে ২০০০০/- টাকা বেতন-ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে এবং অধিকতর অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে প্রদান করা হবে। এছাড়াও সংস্থার অন্যান্য সুবিধা হিসেবে দুটি উৎসব ভাতা, পিএফ, গ্রাচুইটি, মোবাইল বিল এবং কর্মীদের জন্য বিনা ভাড়ায় আবাসন সুবিধা রয়েছে। মটরসাইকেল ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য প্রতি মাসে ১,০০০/- টাকা জ্বালানী খরচ এবং মোবাইল বিল ৫০০ টাকা প্রদান করা হবে।
