Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support & services to the farmers/ dealers.
Guide and cooperate the farmers about smart farm management systems.
Collect competitor`s data/ information.
Provide technical service so that target could be achieved by sales force.
Develop model farms management system.
Disease diagnosis through clinical sign and post mortem lesions and prescription may be issued in written in necessary cases.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis reporting on visited farms and related issues.
Arrange meeting with Farmers /Dealers and motivate them about farm management.
Handling complains along with Zone In-charge/Supervisor.
Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.
