Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales performance on the USA and Mexico-based Amazon platforms. Monitor product listings, pricing, and promotions to ensure maximum visibility and conversions.
∎ Product Listing Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords that resonate with target audiences.
∎ Third-Party Logistic Management: Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) based third-party logistics provider(s) (3PL) in the USA and Mexico for providing smooth e-commerce fulfillment for the company products.
∎ Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to position Amazon's products competitively.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
∎ Marketing and Advertising: Collaborate with the International Business, Design, and Development teams to design and execute effective advertising campaigns, utilizing Amazon's advertising tools and platforms.
∎ Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement measures to improve customer satisfaction, including addressing product inquiries, and reviews, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
∎ Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics, analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as supply chain, finance, and 3rd party logistic teams to align e-commerce strategies with broader business goals.
∎ Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, showcasing achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Previous experience with the USA and Mexico-based Amazon Marketplace, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) 3PL services, and Amazon Advertising.
∎ Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing.
∎ Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software.
∎ Understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the e-commerce industry.
∎ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
∎ Knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing e-commerce environment.
∎ Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
