- Customer Support: Provide information on flight schedules, fare structures, and baggage policies, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly.
- Ticketing and Documentation: Process ticket issuance, cancellations, and amendments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with airline policies.
