Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end systems
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, and ideally Mercury (broker CRM)
- Practical use of AI tools and APIs in workflow automation
- Solid skills in Python (for scripting, automation, or integration tasks)
- Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and IAM
- Comfortable with low-code/no-code automation platforms like n8n, Zoho Flow, Power Automate
- Strong analytical and system design mindset—able to take a messy process and build something structured and scalable
- Self-directed and execution-focused—able to scope, build, and maintain solutions independently
Bonus Skills
- Experience with ETL workflows, data lakes, or data warehousing
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI agents, or custom GPT integrations
- Understanding of mortgage broking or property investment operations
- Experience rolling out systems across a small-to-mid-sized company

As we scale, we’re investing in smarter systems, cleaner data, and AI-powered workflows to help our team of 20+ operate at peak efficiency.
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Systems & Automation Engineer who can audit and unify our tech stack, design and build automations, and implement AI where it drives real-world business outcomes. You must be able to design efficient, AI-integrated workflows, and also do the technical work to build them—not just consult.
What You’ll Do
- Map our ecosystem: Identify all data sources and tech tools (Zoho, Mercury, SharePoint, etc.)
- Design & build: Architect how data and processes should flow, then implement them using low-code tools and custom code where needed
- Integrate AI: Apply practical AI tools (e.g. summarisation, smart routing, automations) into key workflows
- Use AWS services: Leverage AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway) for data storage, processing, and scalable automation
- Automate workflows: Build and manage automations via tools like Zoho Flow, n8n, Power Automate, or custom Python scripts
- Clean and structure data: Organise and connect scattered data for better usability and reporting
- Collaborate with teams: Translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions
- Document & train: Create clear documentation and support internal adoption of new tools or processes
