Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical or coding project management.
• Strong coding expertise in one or more popular languages (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
• Proven experience leading technical projects from planning through delivery.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices (Git, testing, debugging, code review).
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI technologies, or GenAI workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Calm, detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Strong Plus:

• Experience managing large, distributed, or contractor-heavy technical teams

About the Role

We are hiring an AI Operations - Technical Project Manager on behalf of our client, a global AI technology company leading innovation in data infrastructure and GenAI solutions.

In this role, you will oversee large-scale coding projects that power next-generation LLM and GenAI systems for enterprise clients. You’ll translate complex requirements into structured plans, manage distributed technical teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at world-class quality standards.

This is a remote role following US hours (Eastern Time), requiring strong coordination, technical insight, and leadership.

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (US Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex coding projects, translating client requirements into clear deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, quality, and operational KPIs
• Manage and mentor large, distributed coding teams, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and a high-performance culture.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce QA standards across all deliverables.
• Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, balancing scope, resources, and timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and client teams.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, team coordination, and project execution.
