Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and guide JTI's contracted growers in all agronomic practices related to tobacco production.
∎ Provide specific training for JTI contracted growers.
∎ Plan the deliveries of tobacco and support on buying activities.
∎ Support on activities related to Agronomy Research.
∎ Execute all activities aligned with the company principles and directions.
∎ Deliver the target crop, attending JTI's standard of volume, quality and integrity.
∎ Submit agronomic reports according to line manager request.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bike riding skill is required.
∎ Driving license is mandatory.
