∎ Diploma/B.Sc/ M.Sc in Agriculture from any reputed public Institute/ University
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: Guide and perform technical support and assistance to JTI contracted growers on all aspects related to Agronomy best practices from tobacco production, from seedling production, fields activities, curing, grading and delivery of the targeted volume.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ · Monitor and guide JTI’s contracted growers in all agronomic practices related to tobacco production.
∎ · Provide specific training for JTI contracted growers.
∎ · Plan the deliveries of tobacco and support on buying activities.
∎ · Support on activities related to Agronomy Research.
∎ · Execute all activities aligned with the company principles and directions.
∎ · Deliver the target crop, attending JTI’s standard of volume, quality, and integrity.
∎ · Submit agronomic reports according to line manager request.
