Knowledge on finance, budgeting, accounting, IT / Systems
Ability to oversee day-to-day running of all systems related aspects within designated working area
Capable to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
Role requires strong questioning and intuitive thinking to challenge processes and systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage Agronomy systems (Leaf Point, BW, Agro Mobility), handle PR/PO processes, grower pre-financing, stock reconciliation, OPEX support, and ensure accurate data capture across functions.
Prepare timely crop cycle, financial, and operational reports, consolidate fleet and field data, and liaise with GBS/GIP to ensure smooth reporting and payment processes.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of grower data, contracts, crop estimates, ALP/MAS records, and support system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Support Agronomy team learning by mapping system proficiency, conducting trainings, and holding regular reviews to improve data accuracy and adoption.
Promote safety culture, ensure PPE compliance, and apply IMS and JTI processes consistently to maintain safe and efficient operations.
Take responsibility for any additional tasks or special projects as assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
