∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Have to be physically sound, energetic and fluent both in English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
∎ Ability to train and mentor other team members.
∎ Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
∎ Person should have willing to visit field at least 30% of time.
∎ Sound independent judgment (ability to think objectively, have strong ethical standards, as well as high level of integrity to adhere to regulations and compliance);
∎ Should be perfectionist and have aptitude to prepare best outputs.

∎ Mobilize them to form cooperative society.
∎ Design and deliver traing to indigenous women farmers.
∎ Provide them agriculture inputs,visit households and firm.
∎ Assist women farmers to market products.
∎ Inspecting projects at field level.
∎ Carry our any other duties assigned by the authority as and when necessary.

∎ Organization is inviting applications from skilled, proactive and interested individuals for a position of Agriculture Officer.
