Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have minimum GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC and 04 (Four) years' Diploma in Agriculture. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in agriculture related or micro credit activities in any private organization/NGO.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and monitoring of project properly.
∎ Planting of vegetables and fruits and controlling pest and diseases.
∎ Visiting various field sides to gather knowledge and implementing innovative ideas.
∎ Providing technical assistance to farmers in "Small and Marginal Sized Farmers Agricultural Productivity Improvement and Diversification Financing Project (SMAP) project.
∎ Maintaining all computer work including data entry of all reports of the facility.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Proven computer skills including MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point etc.).
∎ Must be non-Smoker.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 19900 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy), Welfare Fund and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed as per ASA's rules and regulations.
