∎ Oversee day-to-day activities at seed production centres.
∎ Provide technical support and hands-on guidance to field teams.
∎ Participate in planning and setting up fruit orchards, germ-plasm centres in various tea estates of the company; monitor planting and growth progress.
∎ Maintain detailed records of agricultural operations, seed quality, and field activities.
∎ Collaborate with the management and field team to ensure production targets are met.
∎ Collaborate with the management to set-up various timber plantation programmes.

∎ We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional for the position of Agricultural Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily work at our BADC-certified seed production centres in Jaintapur, and our tea estates located in Sylhet Division.
∎ Candidate must have practical experience in paddy and other cash crop production. The role also involves active participation in the planning, establishment and maintenance of fruit orchards in various locations across Sylhet Division.
