Responsibilities & Context:

1. Installed and maintained industrial and commercial electrical systems 3-phase and single-phase.

2. Performed proper cable sizing, conduit fitting, and panel board installation as per design drawings.

3. Experienced in internal and external wiring for factories, offices, and residential buildings.

4. Diagnosed and repaired faults in electrical circuits, distribution boards, and control systems.

5. Conducted preventive and corrective maintenance of motors, pumps, generators, and lighting systems.

6. Monitored voltage, current, and load balance to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

7. Operated and maintained power distribution panels, MCBs, MCCBs, relays, and contactors.

8. Applied load management and energy-efficient practices.

9. Ensured all works complied with PDB/REB electrical safety standards.

10. Performed earthing, insulation testing, and lock-out/tag-out safety procedures.

11. Used proper PPE and safety tools while handling live electrical systems.

12. Assisted engineers in planning and executing new electrical projects.

13. Prepared daily maintenance reports, electrical logs, and inspection records.

14. Carried out preventive maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical components.

15. Followed all factory electrical safety rules, standards, and regulations.

16. Prepared and executed daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules for utility systems and machinery.

17. Monitored and maintained sub-station, LT panels, generators, air compressors, and other electrical equipment.

    Requirements

    • Candidate must hold a valid Electrician License for factory or establishment work, or an REB Certificate for local electrical work.

    • Minimum one year of relevant experience will be given preference; however, fresh graduates with a good academic record are also encouraged to apply.
      
      Education

      Diploma in Electrical/Diploma in Engineering in Electrical /Electronic Engineering/BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from reputed institute with good track record in academic area.
