Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and threats.
∎ Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
∎ Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Develop and implement plans to expand the company's presence in the cattle feed industry.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
