Agro Feed, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make plan, organize and ensure day to day factory operation.
∎ To increase production efficiency and maintaining current quality standard. Evaluate product quality in the field level.
∎ To monitor and analyze the recipe considering cost, machine output, quality feed and RM availability etc.
∎ To monitor production output and product quality. Check and re-check of the quality of products and take necessary steps for discrepancies if any.
∎ To ensure least cost feed formulation by using unconventional feed stuffs.
∎ To prepare yearly, quarterly and monthly action plan and budget of the factory and facilitate to implement the activity.
∎ To oversee all daily operations of the production with adequate technical knowledge of the feed plant.
∎ To lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero non-conformity.
∎ To arrange feed mill maintenance etc.
∎ To monitor workers and supervisors of the factory.
∎ To supervise factory staff and provide training as needed.
∎ To plan, monitor, and assess manpower requirements.
∎ To prepare production and administrative reports.
∎ To report any unusual or unexpected incident to the management.
∎ To handle administrative issues and maintain accurate records.
∎ To ensure compliance with government regulations related to factory activities.
∎ To keep accurate records of feed and other operational data.
∎ To negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
∎ To manage the budget and financial planning for the factory.
∎ To maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
∎ To stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have positive and to do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Google sheet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Basic knowledge in Social Media Marketing and should be tech savvy.
