Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
∎ Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals.
∎ In the hanger industry, understanding customer needs and preferences is vital. Tailor your sales and marketing strategies to meet these demands and provide excellent customer service.
∎ Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and markets.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
∎ Analyzing sales data and market research to make informed decisions.
∎ Overseeing product promotion and advertising efforts.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ As a DGM or AGM, responsible for leading and motivating your team. Strong leadership skills, including communication, problem-solving, and decision-making, are crucial for success in these roles.
∎ A deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, including product positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotion, is essential. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
∎ Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to assess the effectiveness of your strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Develop long-term strategies that align with the company's goals and vision. Consider factors like market expansion, product diversification, and competitive positioning.
∎ Ensure that your sales and marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
∎ Invest in the growth and development of your team members. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to help them achieve their potential.
