Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group is one of the leading and largest Agro-Industrial conglomerate in Bangladesh. We are looking for experienced, dedicated and honest individuals for our Feed Nutrition team. Workstation is at Head Office, Mohakhali, Dhaka
- Feed formulation for poultry, fish & cattle and set the benchmark for nutrition.
- Prepare material requisition planning upon production & FCR.
- Feed mill Labs monitoring and supervise standard feed formulation is observed in production.
- Finding out the gap of following SOP in production and QC process in feed mills, sharing with team to find out solutions to support in decision making.
- Record & finalize new / revised formulation and quality concerns.
- Check & verify raw materials & micro elements use.
- Collecting updates of feed additives & Feed supplements, sharing with management supporting in the decision making.
- Continue research and development work including conducting poultry-based studies and trials.
- Monitoring feed formulations to meet quality performance and chicks' health standards and communicating with appropriate.
- Rationalizing animal feed manufacturing techniques.
- R & D farm monitoring and data analysis.
- Using software to formulate diets, conduct research, and generate reports.
- Investigating nutritional disorders and safe storage of feeds, often in conjunction with veterinary surgeons.
