∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Department in any reputed University( DUET, RUET ,CUET, KUET are specially preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for maintenance of equipment of knitting & dyeing machinaries
∎ Ensure mechanical maintenance periodically.
∎ Ensure Utility maintenance, operation and management.
∎ Work for the development of current and upcoming projects including installation & commissioning of new machines.
∎ Ensure that the Mechanical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations like
∎ Work on different Mechanical CAP s given by relevant buyers.
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
∎ Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Submit annual budget for Utility & Maintenance Dept.
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be experienced 10 to 14 years experienced in any Knit Composite industries of Knitting and Dyeing section Both.
Salary: Negotiable
