∎ B,Sc from public University / Institution will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate should be skilled and experienced to install and maintenance CHILLER system, LPG, CNG, SNG and others utility equipment’s of the factory.
∎ Candidate have to work on overall utility cost management.
∎ To Monitor and maintenance Solar management system.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Knitting, Dyeing, Washing, Garments Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, Printing, Embroidery, Generator, Boiler, Compressor, accessories machineries and Sub-Station.
∎ To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of garment, print & embroidery machinery & supervise Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station.
∎ Candidate should have work experience with Accord/RSC, Alliance or with any other relevant third-party certification body.
∎ To ensure the smooth function of utility services. Skill in emergency repairing & maintenance work. Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Ensure that the electrical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations like Electricity Rules 1937 and BNBC - 2006.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, H&M, C&A , NEXT Bureau Verities along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment’s and machinery.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Candidate have to prepare weekly/Monthly report on power generation, capacity and consumption.
∎ Any other job assigned by top management.
