Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Feed Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expand new market area, increase the sales volume and achieve company revenue & profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Collect all the latest market information about feed & chicks and work on that effectively by the proper guideline of the head of sales & Marketing as well as Organizational goal.
∎ Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Lead your sales team towards achievement of the organizational goal as well as monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales target.
∎ Develop & setup distribution (Dealer) channel, maintenance and monitoring dealers on regular basis.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales, marketing & work to improve sales skill and product knowledge for your sales team.
∎ Establish and adjust selling price by monitoring costs, competition, supply & demand.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Dynamic, passionate and high energy to lead and motivate team.
∎ Excellent negotiating and analytical Skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MS Application.
∎ Should have positive mentality to work outside Dhaka.
Salary: Negotiable
