Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum B.Sc (EEE/Mechanical) is preferable.
∎ or
∎ Graduation from any discipline with required practical experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review & develop process, policy and strategy of production system of FIBC plastic factory.
∎ Handling total production operation with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Preparing layout plan, production planning, manpower planning, etc.
∎ Trouble shooting.
∎ Handling HR, admin and compliance.
∎ Handling Quality Control & Inventory Management.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other assignment related to factory /required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, net browsing, etc.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered for suitable candidate. Salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
