Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in any Discipline; preferably in Business Administration/Public Administration/Management/HRM from a reputed Public University.
∎ Diploma in PGDHRM will be given preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As Management Representative prepare, organize and manage factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain audits.
∎ Monitoring & implementing Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire prevention, Fire Fighting law relevant to Textile sector.
∎ Prepare, update and implement all type of Policy.
∎ Follow up and confirm annual renewal of authorizations.
∎ Ensure compliance of policies and procedures related with work force, termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action, etc. Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Planning of implementation and reviewing of social performance, as well as the terms performance
∎ Monitoring work force recruitment, orientation, training and development.
∎ Follow up compliance related task as well and deal with HR related issues
∎ Implement corrective action as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors
∎ Liaison with compliance auditors, Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE), Fire & Civil Defense, etc.
∎ Face the certification audit, obtained certificate (Oeko-Tex), FSLM,GOTS,OCS,GRS & RCS and confirm annual renewal of Authorizations.
∎ Monitor the safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace
∎ Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office & MS-Excel.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Compliance and its SOP.
∎ Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality.
∎ Should be intelligent, skilled, courageous, bold in facing and tackling any unwanted / undesired situation of the Company independently.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on global COCs, Labor Laws and ILO Convention related to RMG and Dyeing & Spinning sector in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
