Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Ensure sales growth & revenue generation.
∎ To lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
∎ To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per ABP.
∎ To plan and monitor Sales team's regular activities.
∎ To build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
∎ To address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ To identify niche customer & business opportunity and ensure database accordingly.
∎ Responsible to motivate and train the team by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
∎ Have to submit various reports to Management.
