• Professional certification or training in Supply Chain Management with a focus on procurement functions is preferred.

• Procurement & Sourcing (Trims, Accessories and Packaging items for export oriented Ready Made Garment industry)

• Need to lead a team handling procuring trims, accessories and packaging items for Woven, Knit and Sweater factories.
• Must have profound knowledge and proven track record about end to end supply chain process and have vast practical knowledge on the same.
• Have to follow up material development, sample submission, CS approvals and bulk order with all SCM team members to ensure on time material delivery to respective warehouses to support bulk garment production.
• Must have worked in several ERP systems preferably in Logic software handling Supply Chain module.
• Need to work thoroughly with savings tracker through procurement process and all pricing approvals to process through Head of Supply Chain.
• Need to work closely with the leftover stock reports before placing bulk order to supplier so that leftover stock can be used for production and eliminate placing new orders.
• Follow up with all merchandising teams, respective warehouses, commercial and audit team to mitigate grievances to avoid impact in business.
• Need to work with and share budgets through projections to issue LC, TT, FDD, RTGS on time and must have experience working with large database.
• Need to have vast experience handling imported goods and also must have adequate experience to select inbound forwarders and couriers through price collection, creating CS.
• Need to collaborate with MIS team to resolve ERP related issues.
• Should have practical knowledge dealing with EPZ zone suppliers and dealing with EXP/IP and other related documents.
• Preferable to have practical work experience working in garment factory located in EPZ zone.
