• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• BSc in DVM/ Animal Husbandry/ other discipline (experienced in cattle feed sales)

• 12 to 20 years

• Age 38 to 48 years

• Smart in communication.

• Honest, energetic and polite in manner with good personality.

• Willing to travel and visit dealers and farmers.

• Capable to handle customer’s feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop/review policy and strategy for Cattle Feed sales.
• Ensure effective communication with dealers, farmers and Feed Sales team.
• Explore new business opportunities and generate sales.
• Leadership & train up the personnel working in the team.
• Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
• Arrange meeting with Farmers /Dealers and motivate them
• Handling complain on time.
• Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
