Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Chemical Engineering ,Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering , Chemistry, Applied Checmistry
∎ MBA in Marketing will be evaluated priority basis. .
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion, Business development, Consumer Durable - Sales & Marketing

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): After Sales Service, B2B Sales, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing

Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application for Bangladesh Petrochemical Company Ltd. (A sister concern of Multimode Group) from only eligible who has 12-20 years experienced in Plastic Product, Food & Beverage, Chemical Industries, Recycling Company. etc.)
∎ This is a full-time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target as set by the management.
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for development of existing sales volume.
∎ Take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Market visit as per tour plan and market visit of all subordinate field force and assist them in achieving daily and monthly sales..
∎ Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies, total sales and collection.
∎ Responsible to interface with top management of customer and close the sales deal.
∎ Ability to setup distribution channels and monitor dealer, agent, retailer
∎ Defining market, coordinating new product developments, SWOT analysis
∎ To support the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
∎ Perform any special assignment from Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years with at least 3 years in a similar position
∎ Strong understanding of PET Preform/Bottle & Resin marketing dynamics and requirements
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Manufacturing (FMCG), Petrochemical, Resin production, Bottle manufacturing or synthetic fiber industries.
∎ Experience working in a startup company. Must have experience setting up a sales team from scratch at a startup company.

Salary: Negotiable
