Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract potential investors and drive successful share sales.
∎ Collaborate with the executive team to define the value proposition and investment potential of the resort/hotel.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investor segments and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
∎ Create persuasive marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and investor prospectuses.
∎ Execute digital marketing campaigns through various channels, such as email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
∎ Plan and coordinate investor events, roadshows, and presentations to showcase the resort/hotel's investment opportunity.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, financial institutions, and industry influencers.
∎ Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize investor engagement and share sale success.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-10 years of Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in share sales within the hospitality or real estate industry.
∎ Strong understanding of financial markets and investment dynamics.
∎ Excellent knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, with expertise in investor relations.
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex investment information to potential investors.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the marketing team.
∎ Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and achieve share sale targets.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
