∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM).
∎ Preferred from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lawyer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching land for joint-venture development in any prime location of Dhaka city.
∎ Maintaining regular communication with brokers & others sources.
∎ Conducting field survey for collecting information of land.
∎ Preparing project proposals.
∎ Negotiating with landowners to finalize the deal. Arranging and attending all land meeting with top-managements and landowners.
∎ Capacity of drafting independently Civil and Criminal cases
∎ Preparing Deed of Agreement and Power of Attorney draft as per the instruction of Lawyer and Manager Land procurement.
∎ Arranging signing ceremony of Deed of Agreement and executions of Power of Attorney.
∎ Conducting Registry Office related jobs.
∎ Conducting different jobs for land clearance from RAJUK.
∎ Sending land measurement to Architectural Department for primary drawing.
∎ Maintaining relation with different govt. office for different approval.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 10 years experience in Group of Companies.
∎ Having depth knowledge regarding Land procurement.

Salary: Negotiable
