Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Ensure Steam Boiler Operation Maintenance & Troubleshooting also Steam Supply Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery, and Sub Station Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, Generator, Boiler & Compressor.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policies, procedures, and manuals.
∎ To maintain Periodic check Factory all pipe line (Steam) And Take corrective maintenance works.
∎ To list out and maintain necessary spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Installation, Operation & Maintenance of Boiler & Water Treatment Plant.
∎ To Ensure boiler steam to Production floor.
∎ To Ensure Section Daily Steam Production, Fuel & Chemical Consumption report.
∎ Maintain the all kind of Boiler Spare Parts, tools.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management.
