Job Context:
∎ United Plastic Woods Ind. Ltd. has been manufacturing and marketing PVC Doors, Frames, Ceilings and PVC Sheets with a reputation for office and home.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AGM (Sales and Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our sales and marketing teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
∎ Job Location: Head office - Bangshal-Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing of PVC Doors, Frames, Ceilings and PVC Sheets with reputation for office and home.
∎ Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Time to time sales review & and action for next step and analyze of current market situation.
∎ Co-ordinate among Distributors, sales team and Management.
∎ Monitor a large sales team & Distributor stock position.
∎ Motivate and train of sales team to promote the products.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in sales & marketing of PVC Door products.
∎ Forecast the future demand & take necessary action accordingly.
∎ To meet quarterly & yearly sales targets.
∎ To increase sales network with regular market monitoring.
∎ Any other job assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Should have experience in reputed Plastic Industry at least 4-5 years in Sales & Marketing department.
∎ Experience as Manager/Sr. Manager (Sales & Marketing) in PVC Door Company will get preference
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications
