Responsibilities & Context:
Production Monitoring: Daily monitoring of production lines to ensure targets are achieved (OTIF - On Time in Full)
Quality Control: Maintain high quality, reducing defects (DHU%), and ensuring AQL standards in finishing.
Planning & Coordination: Review production, material, and machinery planning, and coordinate with merchandising for TNA (Time & Action) calendar compliance.
Efficiency Improvement: Implement Industrial Engineering (IE) techniques to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Technical Support: Oversee pre-production meetings, sample approvals, and technical adjustments to meet buyer specs.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to improve skills and reduce absenteeism.
