AGM (Assistant General Manager) of Production daily factory operations, ensuring targets, quality, and timely shipment by leading staff, optimizing workflow from cutting to finishing, coordinating across departments (IE, QA, Merch), controlling costs, and implementing strategies for efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous improvement, often reporting directly to senior management-

• Production Management: Oversee all stages (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing) to meet daily/monthly targets and buyer standards.

• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage production teams, ensuring strong morale and performance.

• Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, reduce waste, maximize capacity, and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen/Lean).

• Coordination: Liaise with Merchandising, IE (Industrial Engineering), QA (Quality Assurance), Planning, and Procurement for smooth operations and issue resolution.

• Quality Control: Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards, managing final inspections.

• Reporting & Strategy: Provide daily updates to management, analyze KPIs, and develop operational strategies.

• Material Flow: Ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
