Job Context:
∎ We are looking for AGM - Production for Excellent Capacity to maintain 60 sewing line.
∎ Candidate get advantage who lives near factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Establish & Maintain the Production System in the whole process of Knit garments.
∎ Managing work production department and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Help analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.
∎ Production Planning and follow up to reduce downtime.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product.
∎ Analyze and assess Buyer/Customer feedback.
∎ Managing all kind of Inspection & Audit related issues.
∎ Tact fully handle all kind of worker/ labour related issues.
∎ Maintain records of all the orders and ensure the timely production of those items in required quality so that shipment can be completed in due time.
∎ To ensure quality production in all stages of production.
∎ Monitor the production procedure in all level and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ Maintain & Follow up floor Compliance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to control a 60 sewing line knit composite factory efficiently .
∎ Thorough knowledge of all the production related activities.
∎ Overall knowledge of the knit garments manufacturing process.
∎ Must be energetic, dynamic and commendable.
∎ Good communication skill.
