Job Responsibilities:
∎ Employee job analysis, organogram, Job Description, manpower optimization plan and role profile preparation.
∎ KPIs set up, implementation and measure.
∎ Factory Compliance issue.(FACC, HASAP, EMS, ISO etc.).
∎ Policy and SOP preparation.
∎ Conduct TNA, prepare yearly training calendar and annual training budget, develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
∎ Succession planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
