• Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Age 40 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 10-15 years’ work experience in any reputed manufacturing company along with minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position.

• Must have computer literacy with good communication skill

• Sound knowledge on all kind of permits renewal works

• Only males are allowed to apply.

• Educational Qualification is relaxed for candidates having work experience in FMCG sector.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills..

• Ensure the house keeping & cleanliness of the plant / machinery is maintained.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise all the mechanical activities relate to the plant maintenance & projects.

• Assist to develop & implement the preventive & predictive maintenance systems.

• Responsible for maximizing the plant reliability & reducing the down time & mean time between break down (MTBB).

• Assist the management in Project Evaluation, Project Planning & Execution of Project(s), within agreed target time & budget.

• Maintain Liaison with various functional teams to achieve production targets.

• Ensure implement of proper SOP for the smooth operation of the factory.

• Planning for machine maintenance and job.

• To manage and provide technical support as required for delivery of all the mechanical utilities.

• Include the electric power distribution, Generators, Boilers and Compressors etc.

• For operating the utilities, setting up and managing the whole operation, identify spares requirement, train operatives and support staff, maintain operational records and operational costs.

• Any Other jobs assigned by the management.
