Job Context:
∎ We seek an experienced individual for the role of AGM Mechanical Maintenance .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for mechanical maintenance department.
∎ Plan and supervise schedule maintenance of process machinery.
∎ Perform trouble shooting in process machineries.
∎ Ensure technical correspondences related to design, modification & further development.
∎ Ensure to estimation, requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required spare parts. Submit annual budget for mechanical maintenance department spare parts and others.
∎ Co-ordinate with other dept. & ensure smooth operation of process machineries. Supervision of erection, installation, commissioning of upcoming process machinery.
∎ Forecasting spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce unwanted breakdown timing.
∎ Implement updated maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Keep good communication with corporate head office for better support.
∎ Manpower handling in mechanical maintenance Department properly.
∎ Train up departmental manpower to achieve better performance.
∎ Maintaining and keeping proper documentations of all activities.
∎ To do all other responsibilities given by management in time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good command in English
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
