∎ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Marketing and sales of Inter district Regions.
∎ Capable to lead the team members, set-up strong Dealers' network all over the Bangladesh
∎ Ensure collection of sales proceeds.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing Department.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing Team.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production /delivery /Pending delivery.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Must be capable to apply credit control policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 10 years in same field (Retired army officer is preferable).
∎ At least 10 years practical experience especially in Steel and Re-rolling Mills working with factory administration
∎ Self motivated,
∎ Passion for innovation & creativity,
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability,
∎ Team work & commitment,
∎ Ability to handle stress and pressure,
∎ High level of professional integrity,
∎ Good computer skill

Salary: Negotiable
