∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the marketing department
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase order. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ The candidate must have sound knowledge on all types dyeing factory.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team player/leader of a marketing team.
∎ Strong ability on supply chain/backward linkage management
∎ Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Schedule fabrics finishing according to knitting parameter, color, type of fabrics, other specifications to maintain efficient operation.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Should be capable of new business development and promotion with fresh buyer
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Ability to do multitask
∎ Strong ability to solve the problem
Salary: Negotiable
